Nick’s property expertise is significant with a decade of Central London experience in residential markets focusing on core high value postcodes across North, West and Central London. Throughout his career he has delivered expert advice on New Homes providing consultancy services at the point of acquisition and completing the journey by spear-heading numerous, highly-successful launch events culminating in outstanding sales rates for his clients. Sophie handles all aspects of our New Homes business from client relations right through to site sales. Her outstanding eye for detail has ensured that many of our house builder clients get the finishing touches their schemes deserve. She has 7 years’ experience in prime property development with keen interest in marketing and PR.

Chris Shanahan

Chris Shanahan - Senior Designer

Chris handles all the design and advertising of promotional and marketing artwork throughout Bective Leslie Marsh. This is not limited to magazines, newspapers, brochures, website management, stationery and photography - he knows how to take an idea from concept to completion. Chris has worked in South Africa, Egypt and London which gives him a broad perspective and inspires his creative process.
